As a freelance photographer, writer, and cook, I spend most of my time with food in some way or another. I love to cook and grow and write about and take pictures of food. Most of all I love to feed people.

    Please support local, sustainable agriculture. Meet a farmer and be generous when buying their food. Love the food you eat. Cook with love and lots of butter. Bake some cookies and give them away.

A Winter Farmer’s Market

We got settled into our new home at the beginning of October and I was sure I would be off to a different farmer’s market every weekend. I would fill our fridge and cupboards with an abundance of BC’s finest local produce and products. Yum yummity! I could barely wait to find my shopping basket...
